Reader, I've had lots of ideas on how to help people take care of their health and wellness over the last few years. I finally decided to just jump in head first without a solid plan to guide me in 2020. This past year, I started joining professional groups and masterminds to help me figure out how to put my plan to paper. Their guidance and support inspired me to use similar templates for educating my audience on pelvic health. And I want to help you get started with your own pelvic wellness plan and to take control of your health. Speaking of control, it's another functioning of your pelvic floor: Purpose 2: Continence - You can contract and relax your pelvic floor muscles to control when you pee, poop, or pass gas. So, what can you do to support your pelvic floor? I've got something coming along in the pipeline to help with that! I'm getting a digital guide pulled together. It'll be the cornerstone of everthing I plan to offer! I've been getting great input from my friends, which I hope will translate to actionable advice for anyone seeking help with pelvic care. Thanks for your continuous input! Your responses help me prioritize my workflow as I continue to design my digital guide which will be available soon at Pelvic Planner. Check out my infographic, Pelvic Planner Roadmap, to see what part of your journey I can help with. And continue to join the conversation on Facebook and Instagram, or DM me. I'd love to keep building a community with a close-knit group of women ready to take steps toward pelvic wellness. Here's a question, please reply! On a scale of 0 to 10, how comfortable are you with your pelvic floor knowledge? Happy Planning! P.S. With lifestyle modifications and time management strategies, you can easily add healthy pelvic habits into your routine. |
