The Busy Mom's Guide for Pelvic Floor Care: Lifestyle Management For Your Pelvic Health and Well-Being

Reader,

Thanks for all of your input! Having a title helps me stick with the general theme for my guide and website at Pelvic Planner.

I've got several chapters drafted which include:

~ Introducing the pelvic floor

  • Anatomy
  • Potential problems
    • incontinence
    • constipation
    • painful sex

~ Lifestyle management for a healthy pelvic floor

  • Nutrition
  • Fitness
  • Mindset

~ Finding help for pelvic floor dysfunction

  • Medical
  • Coaching
  • Complementary

For now, I'll stick to writing with busy moms in mind (and later with educational materials for our daughters). Check out my infographic, Pelvic Planner Roadmap, to see at what part of your journey I can help with.

My goal is to come out with a quick reference guide for all my friends and subscribers.

Then, for a deeper dive, I'll create products to sell such as printables, online courses, coaching, and more!

The sky is the limit!

I've already been getting great feedback from local moms groups. Please join the conversation on Facebook and Instagram, or DM me.

I'd love to keep building a sense of community with more live and local workshops.

Here's a question, please reply!

Are you interested in a workbook-style guide? Or, just a quick read you can refer to?

I'm excited for the future!

Happy Planning!

P.S. The pelvic floor is a group of muscles and tissue that support your guts, but do you know about the other 6 purposes of the pelvic floor? Stay tuned and I'll share what they all are!

Happy Independence Day! Reader, As we gather together as a nation to celebrate this special occasion, I also want to remind you to stay cool and hydrated during the summer heat. While you celebrate freedom, it's also important to consider your well-being. So, grab your favorite icy beverage, find shade under a tree, and savor the moments that make this season so memorable. You may also find that you're consuming more sugar and alcohol today. Drinking more water will help you feel fuller, so...

Plan Time to put your plan down on paper! Reader, I've had lots of ideas on how to help people take care of their health and wellness over the last few years. I finally decided to just jump in head first without a solid plan to guide me in 2020. This past year, I started joining professional groups and masterminds to help me figure out how to put my plan to paper. Their guidance and support inspired me to use similar templates for educating my audience on pelvic health. And I want to help you...
